Once data is gathered, Renegade Telecom uses its proprietary blend of tools and techniques combined with its years of experience in the business, to analyze how your organization is utilizing existing telecom services. Based on our findings, we will make recommendations for future services.
Exploration
Based on the findings and analysis, Renegade Telecom will work with you to develop, design, and deliver a request for proposal (RFP). We will support you throughout the process by identifying bidders, completing analysis, and making recommendations.
Negotiation
Being in this business for a while, we have seen our share of contracts. Renegade Telecom can help you negotiate contracts, add clauses that protect you, and obtain lower pricing.
Implementation
Once the ink is dry, the fun begins. Network migrations can make the IT staff look like the heroes or the goats. Our goal at Renegade Telecom is to make you look like a hero. Our project management experience includes large multi-national installations in tight timeframes. We understand the need to move as quickly as possible, without disrupting the business. We have a telecom background, not some general project management experience, so we really understand all of the moving parts and pieces that go into a network migration.
Launch and Maintenance
Don’t worry. We won’t love you and leave you. Once the network is up and functioning, we’ll still be there to support you with the same named team that first began your project. You can still contact us, just as you had throughout the project. If you wish, we can include our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform to help you with ongoing billing management.
